Outcome of Warrants 2022/2025

During December 2025, a total of 478,350 warrants were exercised, resulting in an increase in the number of shares by 9,567, corresponding to a dilution of approximately 0.13%. Of the exercised warrants, 220,000 (corresponding to 4,400 shares) related to members of the Board of Directors and Executive management.
