Outcome of Warrants 2023/2026

During September 2026, an additional 323,260 warrants were exercised, resulting in an increase in the number of shares by 6,471.

In total, 2,075,942 of the 2,478,933 warrants have thus been exercised, resulting in an increase in the number of shares by 41,555. The total dilution amounts to approximately 0.53%. Of the total warrants exercised, 493,850 (corresponding to 9,879 shares) related to members of the Board of Directors and Executive Management.

The exercise period runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026.

Outcome of Warrants 2023/2026

During July 2026, a total of 1,752,682 of the 2,478,933 warrants were exercised, resulting in an increase in the number of shares by 35,084, corresponding to a dilution of approximately 0.45%. Of the exercised warrants, 392,175 (corresponding to 7,845 shares) related to members of the Board of Directors and Executive management.

The exercise period runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026.

Outcome of Warrants 2022/2025

During December 2025, a total of 478,350 warrants were exercised, resulting in an increase in the number of shares by 9,567, corresponding to a dilution of approximately 0.13%. Of the exercised warrants, 220,000 (corresponding to 4,400 shares) related to members of the Board of Directors and Executive management.
