ÅAC Microtec AB (publ) ("ÅAC" or "the Company") has completed a rights issue of shares that closed on June 3, 2019. The rights issue is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the last day for trading in paid subscribed shares ("BTA") will be Thursday June 27, 2019. The record date will be Monday, July 1, 2019, after which the BTAs are converted into ordinary shares on Wednesday, July 3, 2019.
